Agile LEGO® workshop

Last Friday, May 18, some of our colleagues visited the office of The Innovation Group in Córdoba to launch an Agile LEGO® workshop. The Friends of The Innovation Group had transferred their ideas to organize their teams and sent us the challenge of doing a simulation with LEGO®. We accept the challenge, delighted to be able to work with a human team brimming with talent.

For us it was a brutal experience to see the participants evolve from the first deliveries where they discovered many things that were taken for granted but nobody had made explicit until the end of the workshop where they self-organized to discover and deliver value in each iteration.
