Two new papers published by mates of the IWT2 group. The paper entitled “A Systematic and Comparative Study on BPM Suites Case Studies on Open Source Tools” writte by A. Meidan, J.A. García-García, M.J. Escalona and I. Ramos, has been published in the JCR Journal “Computer Standards & Interfaces”. The paper entitled “ICT FOR LOGISTICS DEMONSTRATION CENTRE” written by M.A. Barcelona, has been published in the “ERCIM NEWS” Journal.

New project awarded in call for “RETOS”.

New research project awarded to the IWT2 group in the call for “RETOS”.

“Integrated Development Environment for Improving Clinical Decision Support based on Clinical Guidelines” aims to define a working methodology (based on the MDE paradigm) with which manage the clinic life cycle and develop a software platform that gives real and practical support. This platform is defined with the acronym IDE4ICDS ( “Integrated Development Environment for Improving Clinical Decision Support Based on Clinical Guidelines”) and is characterized by proposing a centralized, integral and collaborative solution.

New project awarded in call “MEC”

New research project awarded to the IWT2 group in the call for “MEC”.

“POLOLAS” project continues with the research trajectory of the IWT2 group and is based on two basic pillars: the early incorporation of the user in the validation of the software and the incorporation of techniques that allow to execute the tests by an early form. Both will be potentially applied in the software development lifecycle, focusing on agile and bimodal environments, and on business process management involving complex, flexible and multi-organizational environments. The project focuses on the model-driven engineering paradigm (MDE), simulation and gamification. This project is framed within a project coordinated with the Universities of Oviedo and Cadiz.

Participation in III Innovation and New Technologies Meeting Fair

IWT2 Group has participated in the Participation in III Innovation and New Technologies Fair held between 16th to 18th November, 2016 in the “Diputación de Sevilla”.

It is a meeting fair where you can learn about the latest innovations offered by companies in the sector, an approach between company and public administration, an event to boost innovation and the application of new technologies in local public management and economic digital growth  in the province of Seville.

Participation in the III Employment Fair of the University of Seville

Our mate Javier J. Gutiérrez has participated as chair in one of the talks of the III Employment Fair of the University of Seville. Specifically, in the one given by the company SICROM held in Classroom 1.12 (Fac. Labor Sciences).

The III Employment Fair of the University of Seville has had the participation of 70 companies and public institutions and about 4,000 visitors.
