On 15th September, 2016, the first meeting of the Thematic Network for the quality solutions software development in PLM environments (SoftPLM: TIN2015-71938-REDT) will be held. It will be carried out from 11.00 to 12.30 p.m. in the room 12.2. Edificio I+D+i. It will be developed in the CEDI 2016 congress held in Salamanca.
The paper named “Towards an MDE-based approach to test entity reconciliation applications” written by J.G. Enríquez, Raquel Blanco, F.J. Domínguez-Mayo, Javier Tuya and M.J. Escalona, has been published in the Workshop on Automated Software Testing (A-TEST) allocated in the ACM SIGSOFT International Symposium on the Foundations of Software Engineering (FSE).
IWT2 is in luck because has a new PhD with international mention. Last July 2015 Julian Garcia earned his doctoral degree, but it has not been until now when Julián has been recognized with an international mention.
Our colleague tried obtaining this mention two years ago because he compliant all requirements except mobility in a foreign center for three months. The latter requirement will was unsurpassed for him because of a severe physical disability.
Finally, after several administrative appeals, he has won his international mention, sitting, in this sense, precedent on the road to equal opportunities.
Our mate José González Enríquez has conducted a research stay in Southampton (UK) for two months. The aim was to work in collaboration with Professor Margaret Ross in his PhD. studies.
